Jerome "Dude" Oisdell Evans, 23, a native and resident of Terrebonne Parish, 
died at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014. 

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday 
at Eagle Wright Baptist Church in Gray. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery. 

He is survived by his mother, Sandra Johnson Evans; maternal grandmother, Ora 
Mae LaGarde; significant other, Javante' Rainey; sisters, Crystal Johnson, 
Latonya LaGarde, Rae Dawn Evans, and Sherita Morris; and brothers, Michael 
Waller, Lorenzo Collins, Eric Wilson and Jereme LaGarde. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Jerome Evans; maternal 
grandfather, Ulyssees LaGarde Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Wallace and 
Delores Evans. 

Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements.
