Bonnie Jean Franklin, 72, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 03:50 AM. 
She was a native of Houma, La and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from 5:00 Pm until 8:00 
PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Friday, October 17, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 
Service time at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will 
be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Maria Immacolata Catholic 
Church. 

Interment: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.

She is survived by her, Son, Dean Franklin, Daughters, Debbie Lausen Hebert and 
husband Joey, Donna Graham Arata and husband Tony, Grandchildren, Derek Henry 
Franklin, Tristan Graham, Marissa Lausen, Destin Lausen, and Rhiana Graham, 
Great Grandchildren, Cadence Fonseca and Jackson Franklin, Siblings, Wilson 
Ledet Jr, Barbara Ledet Hebert, Richard Ledet and Tina Ledet, and Godchildren, 
Michael Allen Hebert, Joey Ledet, and Shane Danos.

She was preceded in death by her, Husband, Richard Henry Franklin, Parents, 
Wilson Joseph Ledet and Beatrice Porche Ledet,and Brother, Leonard Ledet.

She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.

Bonnie was a loving mother and grandmother with a strong Catholic faith in our 
Lord Jesus Christ. Her hobbies included gardening, cooking and listening to her 
music. She definitely was a fighter. Now she is free of all her pain and can 
start living her new life.
