Shawn Michael Jaccuzzo, 43, a native and resident of Houma, died Saturday, Oct. 
18, 2014, after a brief battle with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. 

He is survived by his mother, Sheryn Weaver; father, Carey M. Jaccuzzo Sr.; 
brothers, Carey Jaccuzzo Jr. and fiance, Heather, John Michael Jaccuzzo and 
wife, Christy, Whitney Weaver and wife, Rebecca; grandfather, Daniel Richard; 
nephews, Wyatt, Brayden Weaver and Anthony Miller; niece, Emma; aunts, Susan 
Henry, Lisa Hilton, Lynette Walton; and a host of cousins and close friends. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, J.M. and Juliette Jaccuzzo and 
Joyce Richard; aunts, Suzanna and Donna; and uncle, Danny Richard. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
