Sharlene Johnson, 54, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Moses Baptist 
Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. 

She is survived by her sons, Anthony Johnson Jr., William Bryant and Troynell 
Cooks; two grandchildren; sister, Mary Gayle Bryant; and brothers, Lennie and 
Tim Ellis. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Esau and Hazel Ellis; grandparents, 
Willie and Emma Williams; and brothers, Norm and Herman Johnson. Kennedy 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
