Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday at St. Joseph Co- Cathedral in Thibodaux. A memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with burial to be held at a later date. She is survived by her daughter, Jan Leonard; son, Chris Leonard; sister, Mary Ruth Dupre; and brothers, Herbert and Harold Toups. She was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Leonard; parents, Walter Toups and Sophie Mire Toups; and brothers Albert and Russell Toups. Joy worked for USDA and Exxon Chemical. She lived most of her adult life in Baton Rouge. After retiring, she moved to New Roads then spent the last 10 years in Thibodaux. Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. ======================
