A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16 at 12 noon at 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off for Raymond “Mr. Blue” Charles Orgeron, 
89, a native of Cut Off and resident of Galliano, who passed away on October 
14, 2014.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till 12 noon service at the church 

with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

He is survived by wife, Ethel Cheramie Orgeron; son, Wayne Orgeron; daughter, 
Susan Agatha; brother, Whitney Orgeron; step children, Stephanie Dowdy and John 
Chabert; 2 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by first wife, Rose Plaisance Orgeron; parents, 
Silvest Orgeron and Mathilda Danos Orgeron; daughter, Ramona Marie Orgeron; 
brother, Tony Orgeron; and sisters, Mabel Savoie, Jane Savoie and Eucharist 
Orgeron.
