Percle, 91, was born on November 27, 1922 and passed away on October 2, 2014. He was a native and resident of Chackbay, LA. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Monday, October 6, 2014 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay from 8:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in Chackbay. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Enola Robinson Percle; children, Jean Percle Ockman, Priscilla Percle Breaux and husband Francis, Eric Percle and wife Karen Studdard Percle, Gary Percle, Terry Percle, Lisa Percle Amedee and husband Carl, Teela Percle Falgoust and husband Timothy, and Rachel Percle Boudreaux; brothers, Colly Percle and Joseph (Caffery) Percle; 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 2 step grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren, and 3 step great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Orphe and Corrine Nicholas Percle; son, Dale Percle; grandson, Jeremy Percle; siblings, Edward Percle, Milda P. Landry Schaubhut, Pelma Percle Shano, and step sister, Lillian Kraemer Legendre. He was married to the love of his life for 67 years, Enola Robinson Percle, who he loved and adored and showed concerned for, even after dementia took hold of his mind. He was a wonderful father and grandfather who always placed his family first; he loved his vegetable gardens and planting flowers, and enjoyed cooking large meals for his family. He was a WWII Veteran and retired from Avondale Shipyards after 33 years. The family would like to thank Home Health Care of Thibodaux Regional, STAT Home Health, and Haydel Hospice for the wonderful care given to our husband and father. Special thanks to Nathaniel Ward, his aide who bathed him daily. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. WWII Veteran ======================
