He was born, April 17, 1953, the son of late Douglas T. Ritchie and late Marjorie F. Ritchie. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 2085 St. Mary St. in Thibodaux. The Rosary will be recited at 8 a.m. Thursday at the church. The Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. He is survived by his wife, Ann Champagne Ritchie; sons, Rene (Lauren) Joseph Ritchie and Jake (Patricia) Douglas Ritchie; daughter, Leigh Ann (Carlos) Bogran; granddaughters, Emmie Morgan Ritchie, Averie Jane Ritchie, and Addison Leigh Bogran; brother, William (Susie) Ritchie; and sister, Donna Fay Luhks. He was a loving husband, a caring father, and a happy and proud Papa. Bryan was passionate about hunting, fishing, and coaching little league baseball. In lieu of flowers and or gifts, it is the family's wishes for memorials to be made in his name to the Wounded War Heroes Foundation of Geismer. Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements. ======================
