Emile Walker Sr., 66, a native of New Orleans and resident of Gray, died at 
11:13 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Moses Baptist 
Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Halfway Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Peltier Walker; sons, Kevin Walker, Emile 
Walker Jr., Michael S. Walker, and Adrian Peltier; daughters, Trina Walker, 
Shawn Walker, Dolores Walker, and Chantel Peltier; sister, Bernadette Robinson; 
brothers, Will Brooks and Theodore Johnson; and 12 grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Delores Williams Johnson; 
and brothers, Gary, Clifton, and Willie Johnson. 

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
