Roland James Belanger Jr., 70, a native and resident of Houma, died Friday, 
Nov. 21, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at St. Gregory 
Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the 
church, 

with burial in St. Francis Cemetery No. I. 

He is survived by his brothers, Harlan Fields Belanger, John Howard Belanger 
and wife, Nancy, Van Paul Belanger and wife Jeanie, Louis Jude Belanger, and 
Mark Ernest Belanger and wife, Denise; sisters, Claire Louise Belanger, Jean 
Belanger Landry and husband, Glenn, Henrietta Belanger Millet and husband, 
Danny, and Mary Belanger Clark and husband, Eddie; caregiver, Barry Pinell; and 
numerous nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roland James Sr. and Claire Boudreaux 
Belanger; sister, Alice Ann Belanger; and nephews, Glenn David Landry Jr. and 
Harlan Fields Belanger Jr. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
