Mello Evelyn Swanner Bonvillain, 85, of Thibodaux passed away Wednesday, Nov. 
12, 2014, in Gulfport, Mississippi. 

She is survived by her children, Sidney A. Bonvillain Jr., Mello Levron, Robin 
Ellender, and Melissa Bumpus; numerous grandchildren; and numerous great-
grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney A. Bonvillain Sr.; parents, 
Ernest and Georgiana Evelyn Sauls; and sons, Ernest and David Bonvillain. 

Mello was known as the garage sale queen. She resembled the Energizer Bunny 
because she was always on the move. She loved dancing, singing and having fun. 
She lived for her family and took loving care of her husband for 63 years. 

Riemann Funeral Home in Gulfport, Mississippi, is in charge of arrangements.
