She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Gray, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 9:00 AM until service time at St. Louis Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 AM. Burial: St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her, Husband of 43 years, Darrell Anthony Callais, Sr.; sons, Darrell A. Callais, Jr. and companion, Teensie Tolar, and Cody A. Callais; brothers, David Leonard and wife, Claudia, Thomas Leonard and wife, Roxanne, Timothy Leonard and Patrick Leonard; sister, Sheila L. Brasseaux; grandchildren, Heather Callais and fiance, Todd Aucoin, Hunter and Jamie Callais; great-grandchildren, Addyson, Ryleigh, and Gaige Aucoin; numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren. She was preceded in death by her, Parents, L.J. and Mary Hazel Eskind Leonard; son, Kerry J. Callais; in-laws, Octave and Vera Callais; brother-in –law, Danny Brasseaux, Sr. She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church. She was former charter member of Houma Hog Chapter. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were her eyes ======================
