Mary Joyce Dupont, 88, died Saturday, November 15, 2014. She was a native of 
Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 9:30am to 11:00am 
at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 
Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. 

Burial: Magnolia Cemetery.

She is survived by her, Sons: Michael G. Dupont and wife Cathy, Donald E. 
Dupont Jr., Jerome B. Dupont, and Richard L. Dupont and wife Laura, Brothers: 
Charles Wayne Domangue, Grandchildren: Craig Dupont, Michele Dupont Levron, 
Dennis DuPont, Kim Dupont, Stefanie Dupont, Jason Dupont, Andrea Dupont Walley, 
Joseph "Joey" Dupont, and Brittany Dupont, Great Grandchildren: Ethan Dupont, 
Andrew Levron, Connor Dupont, Tristen Dupont, Scarlett Walley, Wyatt Boudreaux, 
Vincent Boudreaux, Mattile Boudreau and Gervais Boudreaux, She is also survived 
by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her, Spouse: Donald E. Dupont Sr., Parents: Joseph 
Lionel Begue Sr., and Ora Vega Begue, Son: James Andrew Dupont, Brothers: 
Joseph Lionel Begue Jr. and Charles Harold Begue, Sisters: Marguerite Begue 
Domangue, Edith Begue Richard and Margie Begue Authement.

She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral .

She was the President of J. C. DuPont Inc for over thirty five years.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Haydel Hospice, Carol Haydel, 
and Patty Voss, and her caregivers Maria Moore, Laura Collins, Lucille Parfait, 
Dana James, Dr. Jules Dupont Jr., Carmen Ellender Waitz, and Margaret Fanguy 
Ellender.

She was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be 
missed dearly by her family and friends.
