Thomas "Tommy" P. Foret, 57, a native and resident of Raceland, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, with his loving family at his side. 

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews. 

He is survived by his wife, Gigi Rousse Foret; mother, Rose Mary Fayette Foret; son, Blake P. Foret; daughter, Amy F. Foret Gautier; grandchild, Ethan P. Foret; and sister, Goldra Fanguy. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Norris P. Foret. 

Tommy was president of central Lafourche Bass Masters and was an avid musician, fisherman and golfer. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
