Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1411.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Kenneth "Wild Turkey" Paul Hunter, 64, a native of Lockport and resident of Raceland, passed away Friday, Nov. 28, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Ledet Hunter; children Hope Hunter, Kimberly Bankston, Tiffany Hunter, Jamie McAnally, and Brandi Porche; mother, Marie Boudreaux Hunter; sister, Pat Dominique and husband, Gordy; brother, Robert "Bobby" Hunter and wife, Brenda Guidry Hunter; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, James J. Hunter Sr.; and brothers, Douglas, James Jr., and Jamie Hunter. Kenneth was a former member of Raceland Volunteer Fire Department No. 5 for 16 years and member of the Lockport Carnival Club. He was chairman of La Vie Lafourche and a member of the Knights of Columbus at Annunziata Church in Houma. Kenneth retired from AMCO and Bollinger Shipyards of Lockport. He was a avid fisherman. He also donated his eyes to help someone in need. He was a man with a big heart who never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, son, brother and father. Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements. ======================
