Jeanne Naquin Maronge, 85, a native and resident of Thibodaux, was born May 19, 
1929, and passed away Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014. 

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday at Thibodaux Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. 
until funeral time Saturday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in 
Chackbay. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in Chackbay. 

She is survived by her children, Susan Fonseca and husband, Robert, Scott 
Maronge and wife, Nicole, Tommy, and Melissa; grandchildren, Gary, Brad, 
Jeremy, Kelsi, Kassidy, Kaylin, and Kylin; great-grandchildren, Justin, Mya, 
and Kaden; and siblings, Rose Adams, Ruby Blanchard and husband, Eugene, and O' 
Neil Naquin and wife, Barbara. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Antoine Maronge; parents, 
Clerphy and Leodia Traigle Naquin; sisters, Lincey Naquin and Lena Roger; and 
brothers, Junuis, Percy, Armond, and Moise Naquin. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
