Jerry Abel Rodriguez Sr., 61, a native of Lockport and resident of Thibodaux, 
died at 2:07 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at his home. 

His body was donated to LSU School of Medicine. 

A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Christ the Redeemer 
Catholic Church in Thibodaux. 

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Arcement Rodriguez; son, Jerry Rodriguez 
Jr.; stepson, Jon (Lorrie) Crochet; daughter, Kristy Rodriguez; stepdaughter, 
Dru-Ann (Terry) Navan; sister, Donna Larousse; and six grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Evelina Griffin Rodriguez. 

He was a parishioner of St. Genevieve Catholic Church and a veteran of the U.S. 
Army.
