Captain Lonnie Joseph Sanchez, 61, a native of Plaquemine and resident of 
Thibodaux, was born Feb. 2, 1953, and passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Bridget 
Catholic Church in Schriever. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. 
Monday at the church, 

with burial in St. Bridget Catholic Church cemetery in Schriever. 

He is survived by his wife, Fe Flores Sanchez; children, Gabriel Sanchez, 
Jonarch Anderson, and Manuel Flores; brothers, Keith, Emile, and Mark Allen 
Sanchez; sisters, Mary Potter and Rethea Richthofen; grandchildren, Xavier 
Sanchez, Isabela Anderson, Lily Rose Anderson, and Marlo Flores. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Jules Sanchez and wife Carolyn; mother, 
Audrey Jean Richthofen and husband, Roland; sister, Sandra Gosline; and 
brother, Rodney Sanchez. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
