Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Annunziata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Chackbay. She is survived by her son, Ricky Joseph Scott and wife, Angela; daughters, Bonnie S. Bass and husband, James C. Jr., and Karen A. Boquet and husband, Duane; brothers, Wiggies and Rogers Gregoire, and Rudy Martin; sister, Judith Terrebonne; grandchildren, Bradley D. Scott and wife, Kassie, Christi S. Badgerow and husband, Joey, Derrick P. Scott and wife, Amber, Travis Scott, Jason C. Pontiff and wife, Traci, Amber T. Gruda and husband, Seth, Ashley T. Forsyth and husband, John, and Aimie Boquet; and great-grandchildren, Jordan, Hannah, Allie, Jillian, Sophie, Alexa, Gavin, Devin, and Sarah. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Roy Joseph Scott; parents, Evest Joseph and Znola Picou Gregoire; brothers, Evest Jr., Ronald "Lonny" and infant boy Gregoire; and sisters, Thelma Rodrigue, Wilma Wilkerson, Dorothy Sapia, and infant girl Gregoire. Mable was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church. She was a past member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and Ladies Altar Society. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements. ======================
