Willard Smith, 71. A native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Chauvin, 
Louisiana died on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Terrebonne General Medical 
Center. 

Funeral Services will be held at Community Funeral Home on Saturday, November 
15, 2014 with visitation from 9:00a.m. until funeral time at 11:00a.m. and 

burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Chauvin, LA 

He is survived by his wife, Isabella Davis Smith. Three sons, Wendell(Wanda) 
Smith of Minneapolis, MN, Corey(Jennea Charles) Smith, Sr. and Damon (Ciara) 
Smith, Sr., of Houma, LA and two daughters, Carmen (Leonard Hampton) Smith of 
Houston, TX and Manya Smith of Chauvin, LA Three brothers, Rev. Joseph (Laura) 
Smith of Smithridge, LA; Rufus(Bernice)Smith, Sr., of Marrieta, GA and Rev. 
Noah (Felecia) Smith, Sr. of Houma, LA. Three Sisters, Shirley (Lloyd Cooper) 
Jackson, Ruth Harris and Nellie (Hayward Aubert) Smith all of Smithridge, LA 15 
grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis Smith, Sr., and Martile Price 
Smith and four brothers, Raymond Price, Sr., Joe Brown, Ellis Smith, Jr., and 
Tyrone Smith., Sr.

He was United State Air Force veteran and he retired from AT&T.
