Marcel John Whipple, 90, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Bourg, 
died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Ann Catholic 
Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the church, 

with burial in St. Ann Catholic Church cemetery. 

He is survived by his sister, Dee McCullough and husband, Don; and two 
grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Clotilde Whipple; son, John 
A. Whipple; brothers, Max, Leonard, and Warrell Whipple; and sisters, Terri 
Bergeron and Goldie Jouandot. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
