Amy Doiron Eschete, 93, a native of Labadieville, LA and resident of Thibodaux, 
LA passed away on December 1, 2014.

Visitation will be at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral on Thursday, December 4, 2014 
from 8:30 AM till funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 
12:00 PM at the church. 

Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her sons, Henry Eschete Jr (Carolyn), Sandy Eschete (Slick 
Henderson); 4 grandchildren, Brad C. Eschete, Ryan P. Eschete, Amanda E. Aysen, 
and Jeffrey Eschete; 4 great-grandchildren, Brennan Eschete, Abby Aysen, Ellie 
Aysen and Marlee Eschete. Her dear nieces and nephew, Patsy Champagne, Lindy 
Guillot, and Vickie Tabor.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Emile Doiron and Laura Gros Doiron; 
son, Bobby Eschete; sisters, Rufamay D. Bilello and Eunemay D. Morvant

She was very religious and prayed the rosary daily. In her spare time she 
enjoyed riding, traveling, watching the Saints and playing her football pools. 
She also loved to cook her fresh vegetables. The family would like to thank Dr. 
Francis Robichaux, the doctors and the staff of St. Joseph Hospice for their 
care and support. Amy was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
