Gene “Geno” Joseph Fanguy, 55, died Saturday, December 13, 2014. He was a 
native and resident of Chauvin, LA.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 9:00 AM until Service 
time at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 
Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. 

Burial: St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Chauvin.

He is survived by his, Son, Tyler Fanguy, Sister, Connie F. Bourg and husband 
Lavis "Jay" Bourg, Jr, Brothers, Todd W. Fanguy and wife Christy, Billy Ray 
Fanguy and wife Melissa. 

He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Stephen William Fanguy and Norma 
Boudreaux Fanguy, Brother, Wallace Fanguy, Grandparents, Stephen and Adeline 
Fanguy, Wallace and Irene Boudreaux.

He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Gene worked for Halliburton for 11 years then went to school to become an Xray 
technician and worked for Chabert Medical Center as an Xray tech for 15 years. 
He was a past king for the Krewe of Christopher. He was a devoted father and 
brother
