Steven Paul Portier, 49, a native of Terrebonne parish and resident of Gray, 
died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, Dec. 31, at Maria 
Immacolata Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. 
Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II. 

He is survived by his daughter, Kayleigh Portier; son, Zachary Portier; 
brothers, Charles Portier Jr., Blair Portier, Kent Portier, Ricky Portier and 
Kirk Portier; mother of his children, Kaci Portier Boudreaux; numerous nieces 
and nephews; and his much loved dog, Frankie. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Portier and Evelyn Sampay 
Portier; daughter, Elizabeth Marie Portier; and brother, Errol Portier. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maria Immacolata Catholic 
Church. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
