He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Marie Ramsier; brother, Mike Ramsier; grandson, Nicholas Nutter; and great-grandson, Julian Nicholas. Douglas had been battling cancer for quite awhile, but he always had time to make everyone realize that life is short, so enjoy every moment as if it was your last. He was a dedicated worker and great employee everywhere he worked, and anywhere he went he was loved. He retired with Frank's. He was a U.S. Army MP veteran and was a lifelong member of the Bourg Lions Club. Our Dad was one of the kindest and greatest fathers; he raised three children who he loved with all his heart. Not a day went by that we didn't feel loved and cared for. He was a special and one of a kind husband, dad, grandfather, and great-grandfather. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. U.S. Army ======================
