Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1501.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Carlos Ambrogio, 77, a native of Cordoba, Argentina, and resident of Houma, died at 2:45 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015. Visitation will be from noon until funeral time Wednesday, Jan. 7, at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II. He is survived by his spouse, Patsy Ellen Ambrogio; sister, Josefina' Ambrogio Huber; brother, Blas "Biacho" Ambrogio; and many nieces and nephews in Cordoba, Argentina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos Ambrogio and AnnaMaria Ambrogio; and brother, Vicente Ambrogio, Carlos performed throughout South America as a pianist and held three certificates in musical arts with a concentration in piano. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed being a member of the Cajun Canary and Finch Club in Metairie for more than 20 years. He won numerous trophies and ribbons for his many varied types of canaries. He was an avid gardener and had a green thumb with everything he planted. He was a warm and loving husband and a very kind and considerate person towards his family and friends. Carlos will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements. ======================
