Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday, Jan. 17, at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11: 30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. She is survived by her sons, Ronald and wife, Rachael, and Luke and wife, Marlene; daughters, Loretta Barras and husband, Wayne, Geralyn Labat and husband, Keith, Janelle Bergeron and husband, Steve, and Angela Morvant; grandchildren, Jennifer Chambers, Benjamin Barras, Kristi Hebert, Jessica Morris, Jacob Baye, Jonathan Bergeron, Jill Ortiz, Jared Baye, Aaron Baye, Jason "Niki" Baye, Katie Hossel, Landon and Lindsay Morvant; 14 great- grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Doris Benoit Baye, Maureen Whipple Bourgeois and Florida Boudreaux Bourgeois; and many nieces, nephews and friends, especially her excellent caregivers, Connie Billiot and Jennifer Green. She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy J. Baye; parents, Charles and Maggie Steven Bourgeois; brothers, Wilson, Berming, Cleveland, Eugene and Preston Bougeois; sisters, Lena B. Maggio, Lucy B. Roger, Jeanne B. Laine, Ola Bourgeois and Audrey B. Loup; and grandchild, Rusty Baye. Special thanks goes to the Staff of Terrebonne General, Council on Aging, Haydel Hospice, the staff of Bayou Towers, and Dr. Ray Cinnatar.
