Elizabeth Ann Blanchard, 45, a native of Thibodaux and a resident of Houma, 
died Thursday, January 22, 2015.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 
from 5pm - 9pm

Survived by Mother and Step-father - Janice and Mark Smith

Brothers and sisters - Donald Blanchard, Jr. and wife Yoany, Aspaze "Toni" 
Henry, Francis Blanchard, Jennifer Chauvin and husband John, Donald Blanchard 
III, Cinda Blanchard, Joseph Blanchard
God children - Brian, Madison, Navaeh, Khodan, Reese
a flock of nieces and nephews
Grandmother - Irene Foret

Father - Donald Blanchard, Sr.
Mother - Barbara Cooper
Step father - Ron Cooper
Brother- Rebel Blanchard
