Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1501.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Daniel Anthony Dardar, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Thibodaux, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 6:54 p.m. Visitation will be from 5-10 p.m. on Friday at Jones Funeral Home of Houma and from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time on Saturday at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January, 17, 2015 at Beacon Light Baptist Church of Houma, 4325 West Park Avenue, Gray, LA 70359. He is survived by: his wife, Michele Leisa Dardar; one son, Carlton DeHart; three stepsons, Alvin (Jessica) Tillman, Lamarr (Melissa) Tillman, and Christopher (Britney) Tillman; four daughters, Odie Dehart, Morgan Reed, Megan Reed, and Michelle (Lee) Brasseaux; six sisters, Relta (Raymond) Garcia, Sharon (Lawrence) Hendon, Patty (Tedrick) Johnson, Sarah (Levis) Dardar, Esther (Orlando) Navarro, and Sana (Alberado) Carajal; four brothers, Joseph (Darla) Dardar, Terry (Susan) Dardar, Gary (Mandy) Dardar, and Micheal (Laura Lee) Dardar; his mother-in-law, Virginia Watson; sister-in-law, June (Lloyd) Wallis; brothers-in-law, Vincent (Tasha) Watson and Morris Watson, Jr.; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two godchildren, Jade Dardar and Joey Hendon. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Wilsey "Chocolate" Dardar and Virginia Madeline Gregoire Dardar; one grandchild, Emerson Dale Dehart; and two brothers, Jason Dardar and Timothy Dardar. He was a tugboat captain for over 42 years, loved to cook and entertain, and was a world class arm wrestler. Jones Funeral Home of Houma in charge of arrangements. ======================
