Louis J. Griffin Jr., 67, a native of Gheens and resident of Raceland, passed 
away Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Tuesday, Jan. 6, at St. 
Hilary Catholic Church in Raceland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 
a.m. Tuesday at the church, 

with burial in St. Hilary Catholic Church cemetery in Raceland. 

He is survived by his wife, Doris Ledet Griffin; daughters, Anita Kopnicky, 
Brandy Hernandez and husband, Raymond Jr., and Kami Chiasson and husband, 
Donovan; grandchildren, Becky, Brett, Tyler, Craig, Bryce, Brody, Brianna, 
Morgan; great-grandchild, Bentley; and sister, Gail Foret. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Sr. and Leola G. Griffin; and 
brother, Craig Griffin. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
