Roger Joseph Naquin, 83, a native of Montegut, LA and a resident of Pointe Aux 
Chene, LA, died Thursday, January 22, 2015.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 8:30am - 11am at St. Charles 
Borromero Catholic Church in Pointe Aux Chene, LA
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St. 
Charles Borromero Catholic Church in Pointe Aux Chene, LA

Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Pointe Aux Chene, LA

Survived by:
Wife of 63 years Emelda Thibodaux Naquin
Son - Kerry Paul Naquin
Daughters - Jeanetta N. Blanchard and husband Randy, Lavon N. Champagne and 
husband Darrell
Sister - Helen Plaisance and husband Junius
Grandchildren - Chad Blanchard and companion Cynthia Braneff, Brandy B. Crochet 
and husband Colby Crochet, Sterry Naquin and wife Wakina, Tracy Champagne and 
wife Neige, Jerad Champagne and wife Carolina, Starry Garcia and husband 
Merlin, Justin Champagne and wife Heather
Great Grandchildren - 17

Preceded in death by
Parents - Neville and Dorina Dupre Naquin
Brothers- Andrew, Louis and Alton Naquin
Sisters - Annie Ledet and Adele Crochet

He worked for Texaco for 29 years. He enjoyed being with his family, friends 
and grandchildren. He loved making people laugh and enjoyed computers. He will 
be greatly missed by family and friends.
