Chad Errance Plaisance, 43, a native of Marrero and resident of Golden Meadow, 
passed away Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until funeral time Friday, Jan. 23, at Samart-
Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at 
the funeral home. 

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Dearman Plaisance; parents, Laurence and 
Shirley Plaisance; son, Joshua Plaisance; stepsons, Jessie Eskind and Josie 
Lathrop; daughter, Lily Plaisance; stepdaughters, Crystal Hale and Lana Eskind; 
brother, Bruce Plaisance; sister, Veronica Plaisance; step-grandchildren, 
Kelleigh Dion, Kinslee Dion and Kyla Dion. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Cut Off is in charge of arrangements.
