U.S. VeteranAlbert Redmond, 78. A native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of 
Houma died on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 2:10a.m.

His homegoing service will be held at St. Lucy Catholic Church 1220 Aycock St., 
Houma, LA on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Visitation from 9:a.m. until mass time 
at 11:00a.m. 

He will be laid to rest at St. Francis #2 cemetery in Houma, LA.

He is survived by two daughters, Karen Williams and Cynthia Nelson. Eight 
grandchildren and seven grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Lillie Small Redmond. One 
son, Howard Redmond and daughter, Lynn Jean Washington. One brother, Rufus 
Redmond, Jr., and sister, Margaret Thomas. 

He was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church and a retired Army Veteran.
