She was born April 5, 1940. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday, Jan. 7, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, at the church. She is survived by her mother, Mayola Levron Rotherham; sons, Shawn and daughter-in-law, Monique Robert, and Floyd II and daughter-in-law, Laura Robert; daughter, Risa and son-in-law, Tim Mueller; brothers, Wade, Myron and Al Levron; sister, Karen Levron Kelly; sisters-in-law, Carol Lee Levron, Pam Levron, Mary Lyn Levron, Tina Levron, Norma Robert Thurman, Marilyn Robert Ammons and Doris Robert; grandchildren, Landon, Rebekah, Hannah, Samuel, Nicholas and Matthew; and a wealth of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Robert; father, Alcide Levron; son, Toby Robert; brother, Dean Levron; brothers-in-law, Allen Kelly and Gary Robert; sisters-in-law, Judith Robert Duplantis and Frankie Robert; and many other dear and departed family members she will join in Heaven. Werlin was a good and faithful servant who served the Lord in quiet strength through her dedication to her family and friends. Generous and nurturing, she taught her family the meaning of love. A retired Terrebonne Parish School Board employee, Werlin spent many years sharing laughter and finding joy with not only her own children, but many in the community as well. She was an accomplished quilter and steamstress who enjoyed dancing, dominoes, cards, shopping and traveling. She was always able to find a smile for everyone. She will be missed.
