Norman "T-Man" Sanchez Sr., 86, a native of Gheens and resident of Lockport, died Monday, Jan. 12, 2015.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Friday, Jan. 16, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport.

He is survived by his sons, Norman Sanchez Jr., Herman Sanchez and Sherman Sanchez; daughters, Brenda Avila, Linda Davaine and Charlene Ledet; sisters, Eunice, Dorothy and Anna Mae; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Rivet Sanchez; son, Roy Sanchez; parents, Price and Alicia Breaux Sanchez; brothers, Alton, Paul "T-Jun" and Irvin Sanchez; sisters, Laura Mae Champagne and Ula Boudreaux; and one grandchild.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements
