Sheryl Trosclair Sanchez, 57, a native and resident of Thibodaux, passed away 
Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday, Jan. 12, at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Trosclair; daughters, Angela Bourgeois, 
and Mae Lester and husband, Keith; son, Ken Hitt and wife, Tammy; stepchildren, 
Jeanita Sanchez, Randy Sanchez and wife, Cheryl, and Shelly Acosta and husband, 
Shane; grandchildren, Paige Clement, Austun Albares, Kaitlyn Lester, Justin 
Hitt and Jonathon Hitt; step-grandchildren, Brice Sanchez, Bradly Sanchez, Axel 
Acosta and Allie Acosta; sister, Denise Billiot and husband, Hecton; brothers, 
George Trosclair, David Trosclair and wife, Becky, and Todd Trosclair and wife, 
Belinda; and numerous nieces and nephews who she loved deeply. 

She was preceded in death by husbands, Clarence Sanchez and Wilson Bourgeois; 
father, Carl George Trosclair; brother, Carl George Trosclair Jr; and sister-
in-law, Julia Trosclair. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
