Always thinking of others, she donated her remains to LSU Medical Research in New Orleans. There will be a Mass in her memory at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bourg. She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Robert "Bob" E. Theriot Jr.; sons, Robert "Robby" E. Theriot III and Kane Kendall Theriot; daughter, Tina Taylor (David); daughter-in-law, Jenny Preffer (Robb); sisters, Lavonda Warren (John), Linda Edwards (James "Buck") and Theresa Davis; sister-in-law, Patricia T. Hebert (John S.); grandchildren, Lena' Beasley, Ryan Cape, John and Jared Beasley, Jamie Holland, Zeik, Harley and Kendall Theriot, and Jai and Wyatt Theriot; and great-grandchild, Charlotte Holland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rita Shealy and Oliver Kearney; son, Joey Beasley; brothers, John "Dusty" and Randall "Randy" Kearney; and sister, Gwen K. Wright. Mary was a talented seamstress and an excellent cook. She loved working in her yard and garden. She loved relaxing and fishing. She loved her family and friends and she never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. ======================
