Nolan "Bowlie" Allen, Jr., 59, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of 
Bayou Dularge, died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 2:40 p.m.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral 
will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Howard Third Zion 
Travelers Baptist Church, 363 Bayou Dularge Road, Houma, LA 70363, with Rev. 
Willie Bonvillain, III officiating. 

Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery, 125 Civic Center Blvd., Houma, LA 
70360.

He is survived by: his wife, Brenda Authement-Allen; three sons, Nolan Allen, 
III (Nikki), Joworski Allen and Robert Authement; four daughters, Miracle Allen 
(De'Michael), Sheryl Martin, Robin and Regina Authement; two sisters, Judy A. 
Henderson (Curtis) and Brenda Williams; one brother, Gregory Allen; fifteen 
grandchildren; and one great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Nolan, Sr. and Odelia Daigs-Allen; 
paternal grandparents, John and Elnora Hawkins-Allen; and maternal 
grandparents, Alfred and Martha Robinson-Daigs.

Jones Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
