Phyllis Foret Benoit, 73, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Labadieville, 
died on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 4:30 a.m. 
She was born on January 13, 1942.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at St. Philomena Catholic 
Church from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 
St. Philomena Catholic Church on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. 

Burial will be in St. Philomena Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Wilson J. Benoit Jr.; daughter, Tanya Benoit 
Coleman and husband James “Rusty;” brother, Robert Foret and wife Mary; sister, 
Beverly Traigle; Grandson, Caleb J. Coleman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Essie Templet Foret; son, 
Timothy J. Benoit.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice, Dr. Keith Landry, and Jane 
Wendt.

Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
