Jay Jeffery Boudreaux, 48, a native and resident of Choctaw, passed away 
Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015. 

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, at St. Joseph Cemetery in 
Thibodaux. 

He is survived by his sister, Sandra Hebert; brother, Michael Boudreaux; niece, 
Tanya Kreamer; nephew, Bryan Cortez. He also loved special family friends, 
Gracie and Gage Kreamer, Alasia Cortez and Brennan Andras. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norbert and Mary Thibodaux Boudreaux; 
and sister, Gail Cortez. 

Special thanks goes to St. Joseph Hospice. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
