Trahan, 76, a native and lifelong resident of Houma, passed away at her home surrounded by her husband and daughters at 7:20am Thursday, February 5, 2015. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Bernadette of Houma Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Bernadette of Houma Catholic Church. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She was survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Ray Trahan, 4 daughters Arlene and her late husband Glyn Foret, Marilyn and husband Kenneth Fanguy, Mona Trahan, Sandra and husband Jeff "Hucky" Pitre; grandchildren, Brad Foret, Amanda Boudreaux, Brian Foret, Brandon Pitre, Jennifer Griffith, Hunter Pitre and 11 great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her parents Edward Daigle and Fannie Rhodes Daigle. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette of Houma Catholic Church. Marcia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved everyone. She was a kind gentle hearted person who touched the lives of everyone she knew and will be sadly missed by all, but never forgotten. The family would like to thank Dr. Russell Henry, TGMC, Acadian Ambulance, Bayou Homecare, Journey Hospice, niece Brenda Kern, and many others for all their prayers, comfort and support through her journey. ======================
