Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1502.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== MPCO Albert Louis Waters, U.S. Coast Guard (Ret.), 85, of Larose, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, in Latimer, Mississippi. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to funeral time Saturday, Feb. 28, at Riemann Family Funeral Home at the corner of Washington Ave. and Lemoyne Blvd. in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. A Requiem Mass will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, Mississippi. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, in Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Larose. He is survived by his children, Bret (Lois) Waters, Tina (Mike) Gugeler and Joni Hall; brother, Owen Waters; grandchildren, Dana (Jake) Cline, Dawn Waters, Bryan Hall, Andrew Hall and Taylor (Tyler) Walker; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrna Falgout Waters; son, David Michael Waters; siblings, Fred, George, Ray and Joseph Waters and Annette Waters Riley. Lou was a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi, and entered the U.S. Coast Guard after high school. He retired from the Coast Guard after 21 years of service in both the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War. He also retired from Our Lady of the Sea Hospital in Galliano. He was a master woodworker, enjoyed traveling with his wife, and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Houma. Riemann Family Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is in charge of arrangements. Coast Guard ======================
