Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2015/f1503.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Amy Bonvillain Bonvillain, 76 years of age, a native of Bayou Black and resident of Houma, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on Monday, March 2, 2015. She is survived by her son Steve Bonvillain and wife Donna; three daughters, Janet Eschete, Faye Bergeron and husband, Donnie, and Judy Kelton and husband, Stephen; eight grandchildren, Alicia Klingman, Jacob Eschete, Shelley Niette, Allison Antill, Derek Bonvillain, Andree Daniel, Stuart and Christopher Kelton; great grandchildren Alexander and Caroline Klingman, Jolie Bonvillain, Adele Niette, and Henry and Charlie Antill; step grandsons, Hagen Niette and Trevor Daniel; and one sister Florence Chauvin. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles J. Bonvillain; parents, Morris Bonvillain, Sr. and Irene Breaux Bonvillain; brother, Morris Bonvillain Jr.; infant sister Theresa Bonvillain, and two infant granddaughters, Katherine and Marie Kelton. She was a retired employee of Terrebonne General Medical Center after 27 years of service. She was a parishioner of St. Frances de Sales Cathedral and past member of the St. Francis de Sales Ladies Altar Society, St. Francis Bereavement Group and the Houma KC Ladies Auxillary. Family and friends were Amy's passion and delight. She showed sincere kindness to anyone she met. Her sweet demeanor will be remembered by many. Her hobbies included gardening, reading, solving puzzles, collecting photographs and spending time with those she loved. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Russell Henry and staff for many years of professional care and personal concern. They would also like to thank the healthcare workers at the Suites of Sugar Mill, Bayou Homecare, TGMC, AMG and Tulane Medical Center. In addition they are grateful to Amy's private sitters for their supportive care in her time of need. Visitation will be from 8:15 a.m. until funeral time on Friday, March 6, 2015 at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the church with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. ======================
