Reggie "BoBo" Chaisson, 76, a native of Houma and resident of Montegut, passed 
away Sunday, March 22, 2015.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday, March 26, and from 9 a.m. until funeral 
time Friday, March 27, at Samart Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 
a.m. Friday at the funeral home, 

with burial in Rogers Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Lena Prosperie; sons, Reggie "Chut" Chaisson Jr. 
and Chandler "Pokey" Chaisson; daughter, Maria Authement and husband, Nolesse 
Jr.; brothers, Curtis and wife, Helen, Richard and wife, Adeline, Robert and 
Willis and wife, Rita; sisters, Mildred (Henry) Blanchard, Darline (William) 
Reynolds and Dora (James) Reynolds; numerous grandchildren; and numerous great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Chaisson; parents, Albert 
Chaisson and Frances Billiot Chaisson; brother-in-law, Henry Blanchard; 
daughters, Bridget Chaisson and Jo Anna P. Clement; brothers, Herbert Chaisson, 
Hank Coghlan and Jeffery Chaisson; sister, Earline Chaisson; and grandchild, 
Kelsie Authement.

Samart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
