He was a native of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, LA and resident of Montegut, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Pointe-Aux-Chenes Fire station and Monday, March 23, 2015 at 9:00 AM until funeral time at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Burial will be held in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his, wife of 65 years, Nazia Josephine Naquin Dardar; sons, Donald S. Dardar and wife, Theresa, Basile J. Dardar, Sr. and wife, Sherry, Adam P. Dardar, Sr., Russell M. Dardar, Sr. and wife, Donna, Eugene A. Dardar, Rusty J. Dardar, Ronald P. Dardar, Sr. and wife, Toby, and Samuel Dardar, Jr.; daughters, Bernita D. Verdin and husband, John Sr., Louverta M. Dardar, Anna D. Roell, Donna D. Dupre and husband, Alcee Jr., Betty D. Verdin and husband, Viness "T-vi", Lisa D. Trahan and husband, Lynn Sr., and JoAnna D. Plaisance and husband, Alvin Jr. "Papoose"; sisters, Nattie D. Brunet and Anna D. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Basile and Uzelia Naquin Dardar; grandchild, Pamela Naquin; great-grandchildren, Colby Verdin and Madison Richaux; daughter-in-law, Nancy S. Dardar; son-in-laws, Francis J. Naquin, Sr. and Buddy J. Matherne; brothers, Theo Dardar and wife, Julian, Andrew Dardar and Paris Dardar and wife, Angelina; sisters, Juanita D. Billiot and husband, Gustave, and Nolia D. Stanaland. He was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was a self employed commercial fisherman all his life. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed and loved ======================
