Theresa Lane Hebert, 53, a resident of Houma, died Friday, March 20, 2015.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 
from 10am - 12pm
Religious Services on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 
at 12pm

Burial will follow services
