He was a native of Minneapolis, MN and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 10:00AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will follow in Bisland Cemetery, Bourg, LA He is survived by his children, Tim and Laura Kingen, Peggy Bestick, Cindy and Wayne Brown, Richard Kingen, Jennifer Billiot, all of Houma, LA; Jim and Vicki Hessegrave and Sandy Hesselgrave all of MN; Caryle Veltman of Kansas City, MO and Alice Hurrig, of MN. He was preceded in death by his, Mother: Ethel Bernice Hesselgrave Father: Harold Albert Hesselgrave Wife: Valerie Irene Hesselgrave Daughter: Mary Ann Hesselgrave Granddaughter: Sabrina Irene Billiot Son: Kevin Carl Kingen Grandson: Scotty Kingen and First Wife: Ann Stevenson. During World War II, Ray was an Army Crew Chief aboard the B 25 Bomber. He was a retired Pilot, Aviation Inspector and a member of the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Flying Posse. “God Is My Co-Pilot” U.S. Veteran ======================
