She was a native of Houma and resident of Schriever, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 from 9:30 until funeral time at St. Bridget Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Bridget Catholic Church. Burial will be held in St. Bridget Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert "Bob" Joseph Hill; sons, Wesley James Hill and wife, Donna, and Timothy Jon Hill and wife, Tori; daughters, Lisa Kateri Bennett and husband, Thomas, Mary Ellen Charpentier and husband, Mark "Sonny", Laura Lea Watson and husband, Peter, and Sally Ann Brinser and husband, Steven; brother, Charles Victor Eschete and wife, Barbara; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Van John and Mary Noemie Babin Eschete; brother, Byron Joseph Eschete; and 1 grandson. She was a parishioner of St. Bridget Catholic Church, a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church Choir and served in various parish ministries. She also was a member of Schriever Garden Club and St. Vincent de Paul Society. She was a shining example of a devout Catholic and an awesome wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, playing Scrabble and Pokeno. She was a die- hard New Orleans Saints fan. Special thanks to her care givers Brooke Bergeron, Tisha Arceneaux, Sonja Jarreau, Bernadine Dumus, Jo Eddie Liner and Catherine Webber (Deceased). And also, Haydel Memorial Hospice nurse Christy Griffin, and aide Aneisha Marquis Frank. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated. ======================
