She worked as a bus driver for the Terrebonne Parish School Board for more than thirty years. She dedicated her life through water baptism as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on May 23, 1975 and served her God, Jehovah, faithfully up 'til her death. She loved speaking to everyone she met about Jehovah God and teaching them the promises in the Bible of the resurrection and a paradise earth, where one day death will be done away. (Revelation 21:3-4) She loved being around children, especially babies, loved traveling, scrabble, crosswords, books, jeopardy, and being around people. She was a giving person and will be missed as a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt until she will be reunited with her family in the resurrection. (John 5: 28,29 & 11:23-25) The family would like to thank the nurses at TGMC for the great care given to our mother, Ms. Grace Nells from the Medical Team whom our mother loved and adopted as one of her family, and Dr. Abouisa for the love and respect given to her regarding her medical treatment and care. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Christen Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. ======================
