Allen "Snook" James Marcel, Sr, 83, died Tuesday, March 30, 2015. 
He was a native and resident of Houma, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM 
at Chauvin Funeral Home it will continue at 8:00 AM until Service time on 
Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 
at 10:30 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home 

with Interment at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.

He is survived by his, Sons, Paul A. Verdin and wife Glenda, Allen Marcel, Jr 
and companion Shirley Daisy, Glynn Marcel and wife Linda; Daughters, Marion 
Marcel and companion James M. Meche, Faye Marcel and companion Ronnie Comeaux; 
Grandchildren, Tyron Verdin, Shawn H. DeHart, Jamie Marcel, Misti Marcel 
Kohmann, Ronald Billiot, Jr., Jacob Marcel, Leah Billiot, and Zachary Billiot, 
15 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Lloyd Marcel, Sr, Gerald Marcel, Sr and 
Richard Marcel; Sisters, Yvonne Porche, Ella Rae Cunningham, and Marie Ledet.

He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Eva Fitch Marcel, Daughter, Laura Ann 
Marcel, Great Granddaughter, Kamryn Marcel, Parents, Nolan Marcel, Sr and 
Lucille Marcel Bonvillain, Brother, Nolan Marcel, Jr; his special friend, Mazie 
Rome Cambre Sisters, Alice Soudelier and Jeanette Marcel.

Snook enjoyed going to the casino with his brothers and cousin.

He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed going to the camp.
